How do I apply to Safehouse?
Open the app and tap Apply to Become a Member.
Fill out the short form and submit your application.
How do I check my application status?
In the app, tap Check Application Status.
You’ll also get an email when your application is reviewed.
I’m having trouble logging in.
Make sure you’re using the same email you applied with.
If you still can’t log in, contact us and we can help.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend it.
