SAFEHOUSE will be redesigning The Josephine’s shared spaces—including a rooftop clubhouse built for hosting remarkable experiences and a landscaped outdoor lounge and garden for daily use. These spaces will be fully available for all residents to reserve, relax in, and enjoy as part of everyday life at The Josephine.
As a resident of The Josephine, this means redesigned shared spaces that invite presence and relaxation, a calendar of cultural and wellness experiences, and thoughtful details—from ambient music to natural textures—that elevate your day without you needing to think about it.
