Safehouse is a membership-only digital platform designed to help creatives, designers, founders, artists, and musicians connect inside curated micro-worlds. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and how we protect your data when you use the Safehouse app or apply for membership.


By using our app or submitting an application, you agree to the terms in this policy.

Account & Application Information

We collect the information you provide directly when submitting an application or creating an account, including:

  • Creative background, work, interests, and optional application responses

  • Social links or portfolios you choose to share

3. Future Member-Only Features & Data Use

When the full Safehouse platform launches, members will be able to participate in features such as messaging, sharing posts, music/demos, and interacting with matched members.

Messaging

  • Encrypted in transit

  • Only visible to participants in the conversation

  • Not used for advertising or algorithmic content ranking

Feed + Studio

Content shared in the future Feed or Studio features will be visible only to members within your micro-world or broader Safehouse community, depending on your settings.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

To operate safely and reliably, we use trusted third-party providers for:

  • Analytics (privacy-focused)

  • Crash reporting

  • Hosting & infrastructure

  • Authentication

These providers are contractually prohibited from selling or misusing your data.

Account Data

If you become a member, account data is retained while your membership is active.
